Watercolor & plants

Aquarel·la i plantes (material excluded)
20.00 € 20.0 EUR
Qty

In this workshop we will learn to capture the essence of the flowers and plants that surround us through the watercolor technique. It will be an opportunity to observe them closely and represent, with our personal view, their shapes, colors and textures.

It's an opportunity to spend time, to learn at your own pace, to become aware and to let the brush convey the inner state of each other.

No previous experience required, level: beginner, amateur.

Given the nature of the workshop, materials are not included. In our store we have a material kit with an amount of €25.

It is clear that there is no single material, but here are some guiding recommendations:

- A sketchbook format: A4, A5, A6, if possible to start, without spiral. A paper that withstands watery techniques. They are also fine with a spiral, if you want to cut it to put it on some support or other, let your imagination run free.

Brands: Hahnmühle, Fabrià, Canson, Clairfontaine, Escoda, Moleskine, etc.

- Black fine point marker calibrated 0.2 and if possible 0.8, with water resistant ink. Brands: Micron, Staedtler, Unipin, Faber-castell, Molotow, etc.

- Watercolor box or pocket box, most already have the necessary or basic colors. Due to the quality of the pigment, it is recommended to avoid school watercolors, better to use recognized brands, examples: Windsor&Newton, Van Gogh, Rembrand, Schmincke, Cotman, Lefranc, Kuretake/Gansai, Koi de Sakura.

- A brush with a large water tank, cloth or kitchen paper.

They try to learn from the people around them, from the experiences they live and the sensations they cause in them.
